HACCP
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) LEVEL 3 COURSES.
This course can be modified to suit either a catering or
manufacturing environment. It provides a user-friendly
qualification to help business owners, Managers and Supervisors
thoroughly understand how to design and impliment HACCP
based procedures and comply with EU legislation. The course covers
the principles of HACCP, policies, controls and standards. It also
includes food safety tools that can be used in catering.
A Healthier Foods and Special Diets (Nutrition)
This is nutrition course, delivered over one day, followed by a
multiple choice exam. This course has been developed from first
hand expertise and will ensure staff are well informed,
equipped and supported to provide good nutrition and effective
nutritional care. Staff will be confident in menu planning that
meets the nutritional requirement of both the individuals in your
care and those of government standards.
