Nadia Green

My background is that of fully qualified Chef and Food Service Manager. I find this experience allows me to empathise with those in the food industry whom I now teach.

I have been registered as a Centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) since 1997 as "NLG food hygiene consultancy" and in an audit they awarded my centre 98.4% overall, qualifying for the prestigious CIEH "Centre Of Excellence".

They noted that as a trainer I have a "diverse working knowledge of the different working environments and practices. This was reflected by the discussions with the students."

It was also stated: "The trainer presented a comprehensive session plan covering general aspects of the training session." and

"The centre has a wide ranging system of support for the candidates with any special needs."

Of course our relationship has now changed with the CIEH and we are now "Members" of the CIEH.

My key strengths are reliability, versatility, patience and diplomacy; this married to a good sense of humour ensures the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I have always been an enthusiastic learner and relish the opportunity to undertake new challenges.
